Unit #18: Two bedroom – One bathroom apartment priced at $960.
Unit #22: Two bedroom – One bathroom apartment priced at $975

The rate does not include utilities. (Water, Sewer, Trash costs are $45.00 for one person and an additional $10.00 for each additional person. Electricity depends on your usage).

While we do look at the tenant's profile as a whole, we like to know where they stand with ability to pay rent. Hence, we also ask that all tenants answer the following questions:
- Do you make 2.5x the listed rent in terms of income?
- Do you have 75% positive credit? (i.e. consistently make on-time payments)
- Do you have 12 months of positive rental history? (Positive meaning that you consistently made your payments, all evictions are paid off, and there are no outstanding charges with other companies)

The application is priced at $40 (non-refundable for background, credit, and criminal check) and $150 administrative fees (refundable that reserves the apartment for two weeks).
