We will have a number of units available at Mountain Ridge Apartments, rent prices start as low as $875.

Unit #2, 8, 20: Two bedroom – One bathroom apartment priced at $875.
Unit #7, 9: Two bedroom – One bathroom apartment priced at $895.

The rate does not include utilities. (Water, Sewer, Trash costs are $25.00 for one person and an additional $10.00 for each additional person. Electricity depends on your usage).

While we do look at the tenant's profile as a whole, we like to know where they stand with ability to pay rent. Hence, we also ask that all tenants answer the following questions:
- Do you make 2.5x the listed rent in terms of income?
- Do you have 75% positive credit? (i.e. consistently make on-time payments)
- Do you have 12 months of positive rental history? (Positive meaning that you consistently made your payments, all evictions are paid off, and there are no outstanding charges with other companies)

To submit an application please submit it through our main website: https://sbmultifamily.com/properties/mountain-ridge-apartments/ or pickup/drop-off applications in person at our Malibu apartment location (3665 N 1st Ave, Tucson Az 86719).

The application is priced at $35 (non-refundable for background, credit, and criminal check) and $100 administrative fees for a one-bedroom and $150 for a two-bedroom (refundable that reserves the apartment for two weeks).

We do not accept section 8 or assistance programs at this time.
