- Do you make 2.5x the listed rent in terms of income?
- Do you have 75% positive credit? (i.e. consistently make on-time payments)
- Do you have 12 months of positive rental history? (Positive meaning that you consistently made your payments, all evictions are paid off, and there are no outstanding charges with other companies)
